Seems something strange, why at all a website need to be creative at any other place mirroring the original one. I first encountered the mirror website kind of thingy while downloading a Linux Distro, way back in 1995 or some later. Linus Benedict Torvalds gifted humanity the highest ever freedom called open source Linux Operating System naturally it's installers are big in size and to avoid server congestion overload they used to put the Linux Installer in mirror websites, I just visited RedHat Linux download mirrors list which is now a days called Fedora at url mirrors.fedoraproject.org where you will find the Fedora Public Active Mirrors list and naturally they call it Mirror Manager after all there are so many, for your convenience I have given screen below for ready reference, just to show how big it means there are plenty of mirror websites in the world happily distributing Fedora the free. You can just imagine Linux Forvalds free culture revolution.

So what is problem, Get Mirror Websites as per wish and capacity - But it is not like that now exists duplicate content phenomena and all might Google very saviour punish you the website owner, simply pushing you out of scene, living in total exile as if you don't exist.
